Andaman Nicobar is a cluster of 572 islands in which only 37 islands are occupied and rest are secluded. Very few islands are opened for tourists. It is famous for its turquoise water lagoons, pictorial beaches, and colonial history. It is located in the Bay of Bengal in the Indian territory.

The capital city Port Blair is well known for its finest beaches that make it the favorite tourist destination. The spellbound beaches and picturesque surroundings make the island jam-packed with tourists of all ages. The abundance of water sports, fabulous resorts with the captivating scenery having a white sand beach that enhance the glory.

In the colonial period, it was known as “Kala Paani” for its Cellular Jail. During the British era, the exiled prisoners were imprisoned in the Cellular Jail. Till now, there are the footprints that tell the story of the dreadful and darkest period of the British era. Many tourists visit the Cellular Jail to know about the story of our freedom fighters as the jail is turned out in a museum. The Light and sound show is the main attraction of the museum.
