Dhamtrip reserves the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Dhamtrip, including rights to settle, and You agree to cooperate with we defense and settlement of these claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any claim, action, or proceeding brought by a third party that is subject to the foregoing indemnification upon becoming aware of it. This paragraph shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute, controversy or claim arises under this Agreement or in relation to any Dhamtrip Service or our Platform, including any question regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Agreement or T&Cs (hereinafter Dispute), the parties shall use all reasonable endeavors to resolve such Dispute amicably. If the parties are unable to resolve the Dispute amicably within 30 days of the notice of such Dispute, Dhamtrip may elect to resolve any Dispute by binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter Act). Such Dispute shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The Dispute shall be resolved by a sole arbitrator, appointed in accordance with the Act. The seat of the arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language of this arbitration shall be English. Any arbitration shall be confidential, and neither You nor Dhamtrip may disclose the existence, content or results of any arbitration, except as may be required by law or for purposes of enforcing the arbitration award. All administrative fees and expenses of arbitration will be divided equally between You and Dhamtrip. In all arbitrations, each party will bear the expense of its own lawyers and preparation. This paragraph shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Governing Law and Forum for Disputes

Subject to the Dispute Resolution section above, You agree that any claim or dispute You may have againstDhamtrip must be resolved by a court having jurisdiction in Delhi, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Delhi, India, for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. This Agreement shall be governed by Indian law. This paragraph shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

 

LIABILITY       

User agrees that neither dhamtrip.com nor its group companies, directors, officers or employee shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user’s transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if dhamrip.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Cancellation Policy

When you canceled your trip, we are not in a position of refund your whole amount, but at our best, we refund the amount as per the following terms:

  • If you cancel the trip between 30-45 days from the date of the booking, a 50% amount of tour cost is refunded.
  • If you cancel the trip in 30-20 days from the date of the booking, a 25% amount of tour cost is refunded.
  • If you cancel the trip in 20 or fewer days from the date of the booking, no amount of tour cost is refunded as we already make payments for the prior trip.

 

 

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund within a week.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.

For Airlines:

    • In case of an International trip, we need photocopies of Passport with passport size photograph with white background size 3.5X4.5 com with 80% face visibility.
      • Note: No amount is refunded by Airlines in case of cancellation of non-refundable air tickets or as per airline refund policy.

 

Hotel Check-in & Check-out policy

  • Kindly valid identity proof like passport, Driver’s License, PAN Card, etc. are in hand. It is needed at the time of Check-in. But on the International tour Passport must be in hand.
  • At the time of Check-in, the hardcopy/Softcopy of hotel vouchers is exhibited at the reception.
  • Check-in time is 1400/1500 hours and the Check-Out time is 1000/1200 hours as per Standard Time.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is only possible if rooms are vacant.
